Moving or expanding production in Mexico connects supplier selection, materials, inventory, compliance, programs, plant readiness, transportation, and finished-goods distribution. What we coordinate

• Supplier and input map. Sources, materials, quantities, cadence, inventory targets, known constraints, and the information each participant needs.
• Transition plan. Workstreams, milestones, owners, dependencies, evidence, and decisions from current state through a proposed operating start.
• Program and trade review. Coordination of qualified analysis for IMMEX, PROSEC, Regla 8a, RFE, USMCA/T-MEC, origin, and classification when relevant; eligibility and formal conclusions remain with the responsible specialist.
• Supplier–border–plant handoffs. Documents, alerts, inventory status, and actor responsibilities for the inbound flow.
• Finished-goods and contingency planning. Distribution, alternate sourcing, replenishment, and exception actions defined for the accepted market and provider scope.

How an assessment begins

We start with what is produced, the participating suppliers and inputs, the current and proposed locations, the target markets, and the desired operating result. The resulting scope identifies phases, reviewers, evidence gaps, provider decisions, and exclusions before capacity, benefits, or dates are treated as commitments.
