Cross-border ecommerce connects product readiness, inventory movement, storage, orders, packaging, delivery, and reverse logistics. Baranta helps design and coordinate that flow. The specific location, capacity, platform, warehouse, carrier, last-mile provider, and service level are confirmed for the engagement.

What the scope may include

• Inventory import readiness. Product data, classification-review inputs, labeling, packaging, documents, and the regulated actors required before inventory moves.
• Receiving and inventory design. The handoff, control points, inventory status, and storage assumptions for the confirmed provider and location.
• Order and channel handoffs. Operating requirements between the store or marketplace, order system, inventory, and fulfillment provider.
• Fulfillment and delivery. Picking, packing, kitting, distribution, and last-mile coordination where provider coverage is confirmed.
• Returns. Intake, inspection, disposition, inventory treatment, and any cross-border movement defined for the product and market.

How an engagement begins
