Common questions
What should I share to get started?
Only your email is required. For a more precise proposal, it helps to know the product category, origin, destination, direction, expected cadence, target date, and the service you are interested in. Approximate information is enough. Please do not send passwords, account numbers, ID documents, or full customs files through the form.
Do you handle both imports and exports?
Yes. We coordinate operations in both directions across the US–Mexico corridor: documents, classification, origin, requirements, the border crossing, and delivery.
Can you help a company working with Mexico for the first time?
Yes. We assess your readiness and build the launch plan: registrations, documents, permits, providers, and the first shipment.
Is Baranta a customs broker?
No. Baranta coordinates your operation end to end. Customs entries are handled by licensed customs brokers, and transportation, storage, insurance, and legal or tax advice by licensed providers. Your proposal names each one before work begins. More in How we work.
Does an inquiry start an engagement?
No. An inquiry lets us review your operation. Work starts only when you accept a written proposal.
Can you take over an operation that is already running?
Yes. We review the current flow, shipments in progress, records, and providers, and plan the transition with you.
How is my information used?
Only to respond to your request, as described in our privacy notice.
