These terms describe the intended use of the Baranta Solutions USA website. They do not invent a company, office, address, registration, license, contracting entity, governing law, forum, or regulated authorization that has not been verified.

General information

Site content describes possible cross-border trade, logistics, fulfillment, supply-chain, manufacturing-support, and operating-consulting scopes. It is general information, not a conclusion for a particular product, shipment, company, lane, jurisdiction, or set of facts.

Baranta is presented as coordinating the operating flow and its evidence. It is not presented by default as the licensed customs broker, carrier, warehouse, insurer, importer or exporter of record, legal advisor, tax advisor, or representative before an authority. Each accepted scope must identify the party responsible for every regulated or specialized role.

Inquiries and engagements

Submitting a form or receiving a response does not accept a project, authorize work, create a contract or regulated professional relationship, establish confidentiality or privilege, or guarantee availability, timing, price, capacity, clearance, delivery, savings, compliance, or another result.

An engagement begins only after the relevant facts, dependencies, providers, responsibilities, exclusions, and commercial terms are reviewed and an applicable written scope is accepted.

Do not use the forms to send unlawful or abusive content, credentials, financial account data, identification records, full customs files, export-controlled technical data, or confidential and sensitive documents.

Content and third parties

You may link to public pages. Do not reproduce the site in bulk or present its content as your own. A link to a third party does not mean Baranta controls or endorses that party, its availability, authority, coverage, terms, or privacy practices.

Draft status and changes

The site and these terms are provided in provisional form while review continues. Nothing here excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes should carry an identifiable date and version; continued browsing does not replace explicit consent when one is required.
